Holden Torana LS6 Engine

Known as a powerful engine, the LS6 has been used in modified versions of the Holden Torana car models. Originally created by General Motors, the LS6 is a 5.7L V8 engine that was intended for high performance cars such as the Chevrolet Corvette Z06.

Unlike the more traditional cast iron V8 engines, the LS6 engine features aluminium which makes it lighter and more efficient. Its power provides the Holden Torana cars with better acceleration and top speed.

The addition of a supercharger to the LS6 engine takes it up a notch in performance and horsepower, giving it the boost needed for street use and for competitive racing. The supercharged engine impacts the torque and increases vehicle responsiveness and acceleration.
